(COPYING.LGPLv2.1). Source code offer: the complete, unmodified
FFmpeg 7.1.1 source code is available from https://ffmpeg.org/releases/
(ffmpeg-7.1.1.tar.xz). Alternatively, we will provide the exact source
archive used for this build on request, at no more than the cost of
distribution: contact the address on the product website.
